Andrea N. Bazemore
Andrea Bazemore joined Capitol Assets with a strong background in agri-business, environmental, equine, health care and local government experience. She serves as a liaison between the firm’s clients in the Indiana statehouse and members of congress.
Specifically, Andrea drafts fact sheets, legislative summaries, talking points, and position papers. In addition, she monitors legislative and regulatory issues, develops political, public, and community relations strategies for clients. She also works closely with members of the Indiana General Assembly, congressional staffs, and federal agencies to further client objectives.
Her expertise includes grassroots/grass tops coalition building along with coordinating and implementing community outreach events. Ms. Bazemore has led effective campaigns utilizing our in-house services in the areas of policy development, media relations, grassroots communications, integrated online strategy and execution, and/or direct political advocacy.
A native of Indiana, Andrea is a recent graduate of Indiana University School of Law -Indianapolis as well as being admitted into the Indiana Bar in May 2009. Additionally, Andrea has MBA from Indiana University-Indianapolis. During her undergraduate at Indiana University, Andrea served as senator in the Student Activities Board. She was co-organizer for Freedom’s Answer, a nationwide nonpartisan voter registration program aimed toward college students. By participating in the Freedom’s Answer program, it helped further efforts toward registering as many students on IU campus and nationwide.
